The Mid-Term Review of the First Selangor Plan (KSP RS-1) in debate today focuses on a reassessment of the four strategic cores within the framework of the state's five-year (2021-2025) development plan. Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the four cores are strengthening the economy, improving well-being and social inclusion, driving sustainability and a S.M.A.R.T and effective governance. He said KSP RS-1 used a systematic approach in assessing progress and identifying challenges in the first phase of RS-1 implementation for the period 2021-2023, and implementing the necessary adjustments. 'Throughout the implementation of the KSP, more than 120 stakeholders from the government and the private sector have been involved through various workshops and face-to-face discussions. 'This approach is used to ensure that the findings of the study are confirmed with authentic and accurate sources and that the upcoming plans have received the approval and support of the relevant stakeholders,' he said when presenting KSP RS-1 in Selangor's state assembly (DUN) meeting here today. The KSP-RS1 is a first-time effort made by the Selangor state government apart from statistics gathered in the annual economic development plan made through the annual budget.
