Amorepacific Group Q2 net income up 1717.3 pct to 537.3 bln won

Amorepacific Group on Tuesday reported its second-quarter net profit of 537.3 billion won (US$390.6 million), up 1717.3 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating income for the April-June period rose 4.2 percent on-year to 12.2 billion won. Sales decreased 2.4 percent to 1 trillion won.
