Amorepacific Corp. on Tuesday reported its second-quarter net profit of 530.6 billion won (US$385.7 million), up 2648.4 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating income for the April-June period fell 29.5 percent on-year to 4.2 billion won. Sales decreased 4.3 percent to 904.8 billion won.
