SEOUL, Police have referred a group of bar owners and employees, including a public servant, to the prosecution for distributing indecent flyers on the streets, including areas close to schools, in Seoul's southern district of Gangnam, officials said Tuesday. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said they referred a total of 41 people for further investigation and potential indictment, comprising 12 people for distributing the illegal flyers, two bar owners, 24 employees, and three print shop owners. Among them was a Level 9 local government servant accused of distributing flyers while working for a bar. Police had initially caught six people during a crackdown on illegal flyers in May, and referred five of them to the prosecution. Since then, police have nabbed an additional 36 people and sent them to the prosecution without physical detention. Source: Yonhap News Agency
