Cambodia and Brunei are committed to foster their cooperation in the areas of labour and human resource training. The commitment was made in a meeting between H.E. Heng Sour, Cambodian Minister of Labour and Vocational Training and H.E. Pengiran Kasmirhan Pengiran Tahir, Brunei Ambassador to Cambodia in Phnom Penh on Jan. 23. H.E. Heng Sour and H.E. Pengiran Kasmirhan Pengiran Tahir reaffirmed their stand to support each other in the labour sector, both at the bilateral and ASEAN levels. They also agreed to promote human resource development through provision of professional technical scholarships for Cambodian students, student exchange programmes, and training programmes between competent institutions of Cambodia and Brunei to improve the capacity of their technical students.
