MCMC will be conducting the Broadband Quality of Experience Survey 2024 (BQoES 2024) and Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2024 (CSS 2024) - Public Cellular Service and Broadband Access Service to collect data on consumer experiences and perceptions of telecommunication service delivery. The survey will run from 4 July to 30 November 2024 and will be conducted online.
