KUALA LUMPUR: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded lower this morning. As of 9.30 am, the new spot month July 2024 fell 4.0 points to 1,592.5, August 2024 slipped 3.0 points to 1,593.50, while September 2024 and December 2024 were 5.5 points weaker at 1,578.0 and 1,583.50 respectively. Turnover stood at 1,847 lots, with open interest amounting to 42,131 contracts. At 9.48 am, the FBM KLCI rose 0.90 of a point to 1,590.99 from Friday's close of 1,590.09. Source: BERNAMA News Agency
