GS Retail 2023 net income down 48.1 pct to 24.7 bln won

SEOUL, GS Retail Co. on Tuesday reported its 2023 net profit of 24.7 billion won (US$18.6 million), down 48.1 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating profit for the year rose 12.4 percent on-year to 405 billion won. Annual sales increased 5.3 percent to 11.61 trillion won.
