His Majesty, along with Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and the Cambodian Royal Family, conveyed their heartfelt wishes.
His Majesty highlighted the grand military parade in Beijing on September 3, 2025, as a testament to China's achievements in modernization, national defense, and technological innovation. The King expressed his privilege in attending this significant event for the second time, observing the display of discipline and unity alongside world leaders at Tiananmen Square. He noted the parade as a reflection of China's commitment to peace, security, and prosperity.
The King emphasized Cambodia's pride in its strong friendship and strategic cooperation with China, rooted in mutual trust and shared aspirations for development.
