Samdech Techo Hun Sen stated that understanding how to use technological tools and interpret online information is not just a modern skill but a vital requirement for education, employment, and social engagement. He encouraged families and educational institutions to promote both traditional and digital reading skills to enhance critical thinking and analytical abilities
