SEOUL, Hyundai Steel Co. on Tuesday reported its 2023 net income of 449.6 billion won (US$337.9 million), down 56.7 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 807.3 billion won in operating profit for the year, compared with 1.61 trillion from the previous year.
