The Selangor edition of Kembara RIUH 2023 to be held from Friday to Sunday (July 28-30) in Fraser Valley, Kuala Kubu Bharu is targeting 20,000 visitors.
MyCreative Ventures Group (MyCreative) in a statement today said the programme, which is open to more than 100 creative art practitioners and entrepreneurs, aims to bring art closer to the community.
“Various activities will be held such as musical performances, creative workshops with environment-friendly and sustainability elements, art programmes, motoring gatherings, merchandising as well as food vendors.
“These include 25 food stalls offering Menu Rahmah dishes priced at RM5 and below,” read the statement.
The Selangor edition of Kembara RIUH 2023 will also feature famous local singer-producer-actor Datuk M. Nasir, as well as Hujan, Dolla, Balan Kash and SOG.
It also said the programme will be held from 4 pm to 10 pm on Friday (July 28) and 10 am to 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday (July 29 and 30). For more information, visit the official Instagram @riuhinthecity.
Kembara RIUH is organised by the Communications and Digital Ministry (KKD) through MyCreative. It is held to empower local creative industry practitioners and entrepreneurs nationwide in addition to helping to achieve inclusive development and increasing the creative economy as well as playing a role in reducing the income gap.
