Kia 2023 net income up 62.3 pct to 8.77 tln won

Kia Corp. on Thursday reported its 2023 net income of 8.77 trillion won (US$6.6 billion), up 62.3 percent from a year earlier. Operating profit for the year was 11.6 trillion won, up 60.5 percent from the previous year, the company said in a regulatory filing. Annual sales rose 15.3 percent to 99.8 trillion won.
