LX International Q2 net profit up 56.9 pct to 113.1 bln won

LX International Corp. on Friday reported its second-quarter net income of 113.1 billion won (US$82.4 million), up 56.9 percent from a year earlier. Operating income for the April-June period was 129.6 billion won, up 0.3 percent from a year ago, the company said in a regulatory filing. Revenue rose 18.4 percent to 4.07 trillion won.
