Women have many qualifications such as gentle and flexible behaviour to fulfill diplomatic missions which bring many benefits for the nation and people. The remark was made here this morning by Samdech Moha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly (NA), while she was receiving a courtesy call from H.E. Mrs. Tuot Panha, Ambassador of Cambodia Designated to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, prior to her departure to fulfill her diplomatic mission in the six European countries. Samdech Khuon Sudary added that diplomacy is not only about politics, but also many sectors such as economic diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy, an important factor that allows people to know and understand each other and have good relations with each other, leading to trade, economy and tourism connection. On the occasion, the NA president spoke highly of the capacity and talent of H.E. Mrs. Tuot Panha who has served in diplomatic field since 1980s, and positively hoped that she would promote the ties of friendship and cooperation with the six European countries in all sectors in contribution to national economic development.
