Kim Bok-hyeong, a judge of the Seoul High Court, was nominated Tuesday to become a new justice of the Constitutional Court. The Supreme Court said its Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae nominated Kim to replace justice Lee Eun-ae following her retirement next month.
