Phnom Penh: The Cambodian Prime Minister congratulated two Cambodian institutes on winning the Global Excellence Model for Skills Education and Training (GEMSET) awards from ITE Education Services (ITEES) of Singapore.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet conveyed his congratulatory message on his official social media platforms with profound appreciation. The recognition of the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) with a gold GEMSET award and the Cambodia National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) with a silver GEMSET award highlights the advancement of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Cambodia, he stated.
He further noted that these achievements reaffirm the enhancement of human capital development, a priority outlined in the national Pentagonal Strategy-Phase 1 of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
