Ream: The Ream Naval Base of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces will conduct a live-fire training exercise in Cambodian waters next week.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the exercise will take place from June 11 to 13, 2025, in the sea area between Koh Puluwai and Koh Tang, located in Preah Sihanouk province. The announcement advised relevant institutions, local authorities, and especially citizens and fishermen to remain calm and not be alarmed by the sounds of gunfire or the movement of troops and naval vessels during the training period.
It also urged seafarers and fishers to avoid entering or operating in the designated training area to prevent any potential harm or accidents.
