Samsung Biologics Co. on Wednesday reported its third-quarter net income of 264.5 billion won (US$191.3 million), up 10 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating income for the July-September period rose 6.3 percent on-year to 338.6 billion won. Sales increased 14.8 percent to 1.18 trillion won. The earnings beat market expectations.
