SEOUL, Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. on Wednesday reported its 2023 net profit of 450.5 billion won (US$337.3 million), down 54.7 percent from a year earlier. Operating income for the year was 639.4 billion won, down 45.9 percent from the previous year, the company said in a regulatory filing. Annual sales fell 5.5 percent to 8.9 trillion won.
