SEOUL, Samsung Engineering Co. on Tuesday reported its 2023 net income of 695.6 billion won (US$523.2 million), up 16.8 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 993.1 billion won in operating profit for the year, compared with 702.9 billion from the previous year.
