Phnom Penh: Cambodian Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen this morning confirmed the link to his official Telegram channel, following reports that a fraudulent account had been created to impersonate him.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, a post on Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s official Telegram channel this morning warned that a fraudster had created a Telegram account impersonating him. The fraudulent account, using the name CEO.HUN SEN (Username: @Ceo_hun_sen), was linked to a fraudulent website, https://Khmercmc-investment.com, encouraging people to invest capital for profit.
The Senate President emphasised that the case is currently under investigation by experts and urged the public to remain vigilant against such scams. He clarified that his official Telegram channel, which has a blue verification tick, is accessible at the following links:
