DAEJEON, About 70 fierce dogs broke loose from a farm in the central city of Daejeon on Wednesday, prompting a district office to issue an alert for neighbors to evacuate to safety. The Dong Ward office in Daejeon sent an emergency text message alert at 10 a.m., saying the dangerous canines had escaped from their farm in Samgoe-dong. Residents were advised to refrain from accessing the dog farm area and evacuate to safe places.
