Taihan Electric Wire Q4 net income up 168.9 pct to 32.7 bln won

SEOUL, Taihan Electric Wire Co. on Tuesday reported its fourth-quarter net profit of 32.7 billion won (US$24.5 million), up 168.9 percent from a year earlier. Operating income for the October-December period was 19.4 billion won, down 1.4 percent from a year ago, the company said in a regulatory filing. Revenue rose 15.8 percent to 757.2 billion won.
