Phnom penh: Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, remains steadfastly with his compatriots under all circumstances, affirmed his spokesperson, H.E. Chea Thyrith.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, on the third day of the enemy's invasion, Techo Sen continued to provide military strategy consultations to Samdech Thipadei, the Prime Minister, and the generals, encouraging them to confront the enemy with bravery. He is actively fulfilling his responsibilities as the army's Senior Logistics General.
Despite having had little rest over the past three days, Samdech Techo remains energetic and sharp, providing strategic guidance and moral strength to the nation's heroic armed forces, the spokesperson added.
H.E. Chea Thyrith emphasized that Techo Sen stands with the fighters at all times. He recalled that the statesman, who has spent four-fifths of his life on the battlefield, once stated: 'For the army, the most honorable battle is the one fought to defend the ancestral land from foreign invaders - a battle far different from internal conflict among Cambodians.'
