Three Shops Destroyed In Fire In Teluk Intan

IPOH, Fire destroyed a row of three shops in front of Grand Court Hotel, Jalan Maharajalela in Teluk Intan early today. Perak Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (Operation) Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad said firefighters arrived at the scene 12 minutes after receiving a distress call at 4.20 am. There were no casualties in the fire which caused 90 per cent damage to a motorcycle workshop, a food shop and a car paint workshop, he said in a statement today.
