UNDP Representative to Cambodia Bids Farewell to Minister Chea Vandeth

Cambodia: Cambodia's Minister of Posts and Telecommunication H.E. Chea Vandeth met with Ms. Alissar Chaker, the outgoing United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Cambodia, on June 30. The farewell courtesy call at the ministry's office marked the conclusion of Ms. Chaker's mission in the country.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, during their meeting, H.E. Chea Vandeth provided Ms. Chaker with an update on the ministry's recent achievements. These include significant strides in human resource development within the digital sector, progress on the Digital Park project, the ongoing implementation of digital government reforms, and the advancement of key digital platforms like verify.gov.kh and the Super App.

H.E. Minister lauded Ms. Chaker's contributions and highlighted the strong collaborative relationship between the UNDP and the ministry throughout her tenure. He also reaffirmed the ministry's dedication to continuing this partnership with the incoming UNDP Resident Representative.
