President Yoon Suk Yeol will go on a summer vacation starting Monday, a presidential official said Sunday. Yoon will primarily visit and stay at various locations outside Seoul to help stimulate the local economy, and the exact duration of the vacation remains flexible, the official noted without disclosing the itinerary. Yoon's vacation is expected to include visits across the country to meet and encourage uniformed workers, as well as a stop at a traditional marketplace. "Even during the vacation, the president will handle all his official schedules and duties," the presidential official said. Several presidential advisers will reportedly accompany Yoon on his vacation to provide briefings on key outstanding issues. Source: Yonhap News Agency
