SEOUL: President Yoon Suk Yeol will send a delegation made up of the land minister and a former boxing champion to the inauguration ceremony of incoming Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino, his office said Friday. Land Minister Park Sang-woo and Hong Soo-hwan, who claimed the World Boxing Association (WBA) super bantamweight champion title in Panama City in 1977, will attend the ceremony on July 1 as special envoys of the president. Yoon plans to deliver a congratulatory letter to Mulino through the envoys to express his hopes of working closely with Panama to further strengthen their bilateral ties, according to Yoon's office.
