Cambodian Delegates Visit China Media Group Headquarters in Beijing

Beijing: A delegation of Cambodian officials led by the Ministry of Information, currently in China for a capacity-building programme, paid a working visit to the headquarters of the China Media Group (CMG) in Beijing. The visit was aimed at strengthening media cooperation and exchanging professional experience between Cambodia and China.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Cambodian delegates were welcomed by senior executives of CMG, who introduced them to the group's latest achievements in multimedia development, international broadcasting, and digital transformation. The delegates toured key departments, including television production studios, digital newsrooms, and broadcasting technology centres, where they gained insights into advanced media practices.

The Cambodian official delegation expressed their appreciation for CMG's achievements. They emphasised that media cooperation plays a significant role in promoting mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and people-to-people ties, which are essential for strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Cambodia and China.

The visit to CMG is part of a broader capacity-building programme in Beijing, during which Cambodian media officials participate in training sessions, workshops, and study tours organised by Chinese counterparts. This exchange marks another step forward in deepening Cambodia-China media collaboration, contributing to the building of a community with a shared future.
