Nanning: From September 17 to 19, the 4th China-ASEAN Meteorological Cooperation Forum took place in Nanning, Guangxi, focusing on the launch of the China-ASEAN Joint Innovation Action Initiative on Meteorological AI Model Applications.
According to Nam News Network, the event gathered decision-makers, experts, and scholars from meteorological and hydrological departments of China and ASEAN countries, including Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia. Participants also included representatives from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), universities, enterprises, and research institutions. The forum served as a platform for discussing regional meteorological cooperation and development.
